This policy applies to all patients and visitors affirm the following principles:

Patients self-paying, or with Social Health Insurance or with a Private Health Insurance Company that is part of the Direct Payment System with City International Hospital.
During treatment, if the cost exceeds the amount of the first deposit, the patient will be asked for additional deposit.
The insured person whose insurer is also in CIH direct payment system, but if the insurer does not send a letter of Guarantee Of Payment (GOP), the patient will be asked to make a deposit corresponding to estimated cost of treatment which will then be reimbursed immediately once we have received the GOP.
Your GOP is lower than the estimated cost: Patients will be asked to deposit for the remaining balance. For example, the surgical estimate is 10,000,000 VND but the insurance GOP is 8,000,000 VND. Therefore, the remaining balance required for hospitalization is 2,000,000 VND.
