MOMMY'S ANGEL CONTEST 

Eligibility

• "Mommy's Angel" Contest is an online contest is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and their children as of the date of entry.
• Employees of City International Hospital and any other entity involved in the development or administration of a contest are not eligible to participate in or win a contest.

Contest Duration 

City International Hospital "Mommy's Angel" Contest is split in to two rounds which begins on October 8^th and ends on December 20^th of 2018.

• Round 1:  October 20^th to  November 8^th of 2018.
• Round 2:  November 9^th to November 30^th of 2018.
• Winner Announcement: December 20^th, 2018.

How to enter

Step 1: Follow “City International Hospital” on Facebook by hitting the “Like” button.

Step 2: Contestants will send photos or videos of cute baby-family moments to our email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or inbox our fanpage://www.facebook.com/BenhVienQuocTeCity.

• Precious moments welcoming little angels into this world.  
• Moments of my baby first shot, ...
• Baby day out with mom and dad,...

Step 3: In the same email (from Step 2), provide us with your information:

• Title: Joining Mommy’s Angel Contest.
• Full name of the Mother and/or the Father.
• Full name of the Child (and/or Nickname) & Date of Birth
• Contact phone number
• Address

How will the selection go?

In order to win a Prize, photos/videos must be in “Mommy’s Angels Album”

First Round: Submission period  and The People Choice (From Oct 8^th to Nov 8^th of 2018)

• The People Choice, where by people vote on their favorite photos/videos. City International Hospital will select submission (photos/videos) based on the quality of their content as judged subjectively. The qualified (photo/videos) contents will be added to “Mommy’s Angel Contest” Album and published on CIH Faceboook page and official website to get “LIKE” and “SHARE” from public audience.
• The total number of”LIKES “and “SHARES “voted for each photo/video will be counted to find 50% out of all contestants  who receive the most ‘likes’ and ‘shares’ will continue to the next round. 
  • 1 like = 1 point.
  • 1 share = 2 points.
• Result will be announced on Nov 9th, 2018.

Final Round: Judging (From Nov 12^th to Nov 30^th of 2018)

• Judges score on a 100-point scale.  Judged which entails all entries being judged to choose the overall winner of the photo contest. 
• Judge's decision will be treated as final. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Winners will be announced on Nov 30^th, 2018.

Contest Rules

By submitting photos to Mommy’s Angel Photo Contests you confirm that for each photo submitted:

• All photos must be original, meaning you may only enter photographs that you took and for which you own the copyright.
• The Submission must be consistent with the image and values of CIH and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Contest. Photos must be submitted in JPG or PNG format. Non-digital formats are not accepted. Images must not include a border. If an image includes a border, CIH reserves the right to crop the border. Presentation includes visual appeal of your video - catchiness, sound, visuals, unity etc
• In order to win a Prize, photos/videos must be in “Mommy’s Angels Album” and be the new, original work of the entrant and must not contain objectionable content as described in the Official Rules.
• The Submission must not contain materials that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or which otherwise violate any local or national laws.
• CIH reserves the right to terminate your account with us for any or no reason, at any time, with or without notice and without liability.
• You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of your entry and to fully indemnify City International Hospital in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person or entity by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing.
• The Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• CIH reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest or the terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you stay informed and up to date with our terms so you are advised to read this page before entering this and or future contests.
• If none of the prize winners accept the Prize or fail to collect the Prize within three (3) calendar days from date of notification, then the Prize will go to another Selected Participant.
