1. Who is eligible for the promotion?

All customers.

2. Promtion Duration 

From 5 June to 30 June, 2020.

Expiry date: Promo codes do expire. If you have purchased a health screening package, please use it by before 31 August, 2020.

3. What are promotional packages?

Applicable for all specialty screening packages for individuals. For example: screening for stroke, cancer, osteoarthritis, premenopause ...

Not applicable for packages: Stomach and colon cancer screening packages; prenatal  package; maternity packages; vaccination packages.

Promtoion lasts until June 30, 2020.

4. Does the promotion apply to the cooperate health check package?

It's not. Applies only to individual general health package. 

5. Buy One - Get 60% Off Second Package, what does it mean to customers?

60% discount will be titled on the lower face value package.

For instance, if you buy a 1,000,000-dong package and a 2,000,000-dong package, you will get 60% off on the 1,000,000-dong package.

6. Buy 3 - Pay for 2, what does it mean to customers? 

6. Buy 3 packages to pay for 2 packages. So which package is free?

The free package offered is the one with the lowest face value.

For example, if you buy a 1,000,000-dong package, a 2,000,000-dong package and a 3,000,000-dong package pack, you will receive the 1,000,000-dong package for free.

7. Can customers choose to buy 2 get 1 free?

Yes. Customers will be offered a lower value package.

8. Purchasing 4 or more packages will receive a 40% discount on the total bill, is it correct?

It's correct.

9. Can customers buy different packages at the same time? Ex: just general examination packages or just specialty examination packages?

Yes. Customers can purchase any of the various packages.

10. If I buy 1 package in the morning and later I buy another one in the afternoon, would that count for the promotion?

All packages must be purchased at the same time.

11. Do promo codes ever expire? 

Promo codes do expire. If you have purchased a health screening package, please use it by before 31 August, 2020.

12.What is the additional 20% discount on specialty services? Terms and Conditions?

Discount 20% on digital subtraction angiography (DSA), coronary angiography and gastrointestinal endoscopy services.

• Deductible Intervention Fee includes: imaging cost and radiologist cost.
• Discount is offered based on the previous EHS package purchases

13. How can I get the discounts? Is it necessary to register in advance?

Visitors who come to the hospital and purchase a check-up package during the program period (June 5, 2020 - June 30, 2020) will be applicable for the promotion.

14. Customers who want to buy but do not bring enough money & choose to make a deposit, can they get a discount?

Deposit in advance provided that guests must pay the full amount remaining within 03 days.

15. Can I then exchange another package?

Not exchangeable.

16. Can I return a purchased package?

Purchases already will not be returned.

17. If I purchase a general screening package (EHS) that results in any suspected disease and want to buy that additional speciality screening package, will I get a discount?

No. Only 20% off if indicated gastrointestinal endoscopy, DSA scan, coronary artery.

18. Do you want to issue an invoice (1 bill can split multiple invoices)? For example: Can customers buy 3 packages but do not want to issue 1 invoice but separate 3 invoices?

Can not.

19. Can customers pay by credit card?

Yes.
