Weather changing, Osteoarthritis diseases in elderly become worse, making mobility problems and  travel difficulties.

In older adults, the basis of the following on the joints can be Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis or  Degenerative Arthritis (OA), Degenerative spine, Osteoarthritis (Knee Pain, Joint Pain, Hip Pain), rheumatoid arthritis (RA)... Elderly, bone quality and joints (articular cartilage). Aging in Women always includes Menopause experience and decrease of the Estrogen Levels which lead to the loss of calcium from bones and result in osteoporosis.

The elderly were given Bone Density Test  at health care workshop.

Old age also causes a decrease in the quality of joint cartilage, , especially the knee joint. Over time, articular cartilage wears off, causing more and more joint pain as it’s wearing off, making mobility problems and  travel difficulties. The loss of cartilage in the joints is called degenerative knee joint (known as osteoarthritis). In addition, people who are obese, overweight, young adult with arthralgia, birth defects, metabolic diseases, genetics also increase the risk of getting joint damage. Adults over 50 years of age, if you experience Joint Pain and Stiffness early in the morning right after waking up, or sudden joint pain when the weather changes, you may be suffering from arthritis in the elderly. Osteoarthritis often has serious impacts on health. Patients if not treated in time will lead to an easy bones break due to a slight injury. Even though some patients just slipped slightly in the sitting position causing Femoral Neck Fracture and Vertebral Fracture.

To prevent osteoarthritis, older adults should have a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids (commonly found in nuts). Green leafy vegetables, such as spinach and kale, can also help reduce inflammation and pain. Cold weather associated with joint pain is due to lack of work out and less exercise. Therefore, older adults need exercise to help lubricate the joints as well as reduce inflammation and associated pain. When experiencing a joint aches, the patient should get an examination at a trusting medical center or  hospital. It is best to find one specializes in joints and arthritis treatment to identify the cause of joints damage, to diagnose and begin treatment.
